Hi Madison. Tell us more about yourself.

Where to begin! I’ve moved 20-something times in my life thus far. I’m primarily plant-based, I’m a big sister, big foodie, and have been performing for as long as I can remember.

Tell us more about your roles in Amazon’s “The Lake” and CW’s All American.

I play a character named Billie in Prime Video’s The Lake. She’s recently reconnected with her birth dad over a summer in Cottage Country. She’s coming of age and figuring herself out. What she wants, what no longer services her. In All American, I’ve been playing a social media influencer, Skye, who’s unexpectedly fallen in love with Coop. But they’ve been having trouble moving forward in their relationship because of her ex gf Patience.

What’s the best thing about your career right now?

The people I’ve been lucky enough to work with.

What are the challenges in your career so far?

Hard to say. As a working actor you have all types of challenges. I always say new levels new devils. As you grow and level up in the business you encounter new challenges.

How did you rise above these challenges?

I try to find mentorship and people at every level I’m at, that way if something comes up, something I’ve never encountered before I can ask around, do my due diligence. Having a solid team around you helps you handle challenging situations as well.

What’s the proudest moment of your career so far?

I can’t say I have a proudest moment. This is something I’m working on, but it’s kind of hard for me to stop and smell the roses, appreciate my hard work. I try to remind myself that 10 yr old Madison would be proud of what I’ve accomplished, but it can be hard to be present and take a beat like that.

Where do you get your inspirations from?

Other people mostly.

What scares you?

Sharks. I have never and will probably never get past my fear of sharks. I know it’s irrational and all that but I haven’t gone in the ocean in years.

Guilty pleasure?

French fries, Reality TV, and staying in bed all day.

Name your top 5 favorite films of all time

Oh that’s impossible. I truly couldn’t even give you a Top 20 list.

Last song that got stuck in your head

SOS, SZA.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?

No matter how large a problem you think you have, you’re only dealing with the thought. And the thought can be changed. We choose to think a thought, the thought produces a feeling, and we believe that it is true. So change the way you talk to yourself, the way you look at things. And the things you look at will change.

What’s your ultimate goal?

Work on dream projects with wonderful people. Produce down the line as well.

What are your dream projects?

It’s constantly changing, but right now something like White Lotus would be an absolute dream. Anything A24 as well, but I want to do it all!

Is there a skill / talent that a lot of people don’t know about you?

Ooo. This is something small, but I can hum and whistle at the same time.

Anything else that you want to share with the audience?

I wish, but you’ll have to stay tuned to find out! In the meantime, go binge watch The Lake Season 2!
