Tell us your story. Who is Hunter?

I just graduated high school this past spring of 2016. I participated in wrestling for all 4 years of high school and as a result of my best friend, played lacrosse my last two years of high school. I love hanging out with my friends, though I am not happy that I won't get to see them as much since everyone is going their own  separate ways for college. I'm a part of a very supportive, loving, and large family. Depending on the day, I can vary between being extroverted and introverted.

Where are you originally from?

I was originally born in Boca Raton, Fl, but lived in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl for the first 6 years of my life.

Where are you based? Which city do you see yourself in?

I'm currently living near Atlanta, GA, but I would love to be based in Miami, Fl.

How did you get discovered as a model?

A photographer named Ara Zana (@ara.zanapics) discovered me via Facebook because she was friends with my sister-in-law, Halleson Thompson (@hallesonwhitephotography), who is also an aspiring photographer. Halleson a photo of me from my high school senior prom and Ara Zana saw it and immediately shot her a message. A week or two later I had my first shoot with Ara

What inspired you to be a model?

Nothing really inspired me, it just seemed like a fun opportunity that many people don't have in their lifetime.

Do you remember your first photoshoot?

Yes, my first shoot was with Ara Zana. Naturally, it being my first shoot, I didn't know what I was doing and felt really weird and awkward having this person that I just met, take pictures of me. But what made it worse is that a female model that Ara shot with earlier that day, Amalia (@amaliaaabotero), tagged along and came to my shoot as well. So as I'm having my pictures taken, there is this good-looking girl, watching me the whole time. Very awkward first shoot.

What’s your favorite part of being a model?

My favorite part is being able to meet great people and being able to travel. Before modeling, I had never stepped on a plane. But also, another favorite part, is just the experiences that come along with modeling.

Your most memorable experience in modeling so far.

Being able to travel to Los Angeles, CA, and have the opportunity to shoot with some amazing photographers.

Are you still in school?

I am currently taking a semester off, but plan to start college in the spring.

How do you manage your time?

I don't really manage my time too well, I'm constantly busy with either work, family, friends, or modeling.

What is your impression about the modeling industry now that you’re doing it?

There are good people and bad people just like any industry. So far I've been blessed to only meet good people who want nothing but the best for me. But I've also noticed how easy it is for all of this to go to their head and change them as a person for the worse.

Your favorite food.

Sushi or shrimp, without a doubt.

Book that you’re currently reading.

Haven't really read anything since I've graduated.

Most memorable shoot so far.

Working with JM Dayao (@theyaoh). I got to wear this amazing blue suit that fit so well. I thoroughly enjoy dressing nice in suits, tuxes, etc.

What else keeps you busy aside from modeling?

My job, and spending time with family and friends.

What comes next after modeling?

I plan to major in marine biology and hopefully one day work in an aquarium.

Any advice you can give to any aspiring models out there?

Keep a level head and stay true to yourself. It's easy to let this industry get to you and change you, causing you to lose several relationships and friendships.

Tell us a secret.

few years ago, I was about my same weight but 7 inches shorter. So shorter and much chubbier.

 Currently binge watching _____

If you’re gonna have a book what title would it be?

Life of Hunter: laying around and doing nothing.

If you will be given the chance and opportunity to help a specific charity, what would it be and why?

American Humane Association. Animals are an important part of an average persons day. A pet isn't just a pet or animal to many people, it's apart of the family. Every animal should have the opportunity to be a apart of a family.
